Ed has over 10 years of diversified auditing, accounting and management advisory experience serving companies in a variety of industries, including government contracting, technology, manufacturing, and other service businesses.

Ed oversees multiple client engagements and plans, executes, directs and completes external audits. His audit engagements include emerging businesses to large middle market enterprises. Combining his public and private accounting experience, Ed provides accounting and management advisory client support in the following areas:

• Direct and indirect cost rate structure design and analysis, including preparation of a comprehensive forward pricing model
• Due diligence preparation and execution
• Financial modeling and development of projections
• Advice on accounting policy and application of Accounting Principles Generally Accepted in the United States of America
• Transaction support services, including mergers and acquisitions
• Accounting and reporting by entities in reorganization under the bankruptcy code
• Review of and advice for development of internal controls over accounting and financial reporting

Prior to joining Argy, Wiltse & Robinson, P.C., Ed worked as a finance and accounting analyst for a government contractor.  This provided him with valuable experience and insight into contract cost management and compliments the service he provides to clients.
