Sara has over 13 years of experience providing diversified tax services to clients in a variety of industries.  As a partner, her responsibilities include working closely with clients to successfully manage and minimize their tax liability by providing transaction-related tax advice, building effective entity structures, and analyzing tax compliance and audit issues with minimization strategies in mind.

Sara has in-depth knowledge of multi-state and consolidated corporate tax matters, FAS 109 computations and analysis, and non-qualified compensation issues.  Prior to joining Argy, Wiltse & Robinson, P.C. (Argy), Sara held executive positions in both national accounting firms and publicly-held corporations.  In those positions, she gained experience in managing IRS and state income tax audits, due diligence related to mergers and acquisitions, and Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliance for tax functions.

In addition to her client responsibilities, Sara is active with campus and office interviews, leads one of the corporate tax business groups, and co-manages the Argy summer tax internship program.
