Maureen Miller is responsible for managing the Hire Expectations consulting team and process to develop and deliver innovative and proven methodologies and tools to bring value to our clients. With over 10 years of experience, Maureen consults with clients to serve their custom HR needs, including employment law, employee relations, benefits administration, training, HRIS, policy development and performance management. Maureen is extremely customer focused and is always looking out for the best interests of the client, including protecting the client from legislative issues, as well as consulting with clients to help them transform HR into a key strategic driver in their organization.
In her managerial role for Argy, Wiltse & Robinson, P.C. (Argy), Maureen oversees internal HR projects and reviews and maintains compliance quality control on client engagements. Some of the consulting services that she provides to clients include:
Prior to joining Argy, Maureen served organizations in a variety of industries including financial services, healthcare and technology. Her varied experience provides great value to her clients. Maureen holds a BS in Computer Science from Strayer University, a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Hawaii Pacific University.

Katy Quinn is an HR Consultant with Hire Expectations, Argy, Wiltse & Robinson, P.C.’s HR Consulting team. Katy is responsible for strategically supporting clients in integrating HR procedures, systems and best practices into their daily operations.
Katy’s past experience helps enhance Argy’s HR Consulting team in areas of HRIS, employee relations, benefits administration, worker’s compensation and employment law. Katy provides support to clients in writing and editing handbooks and job descriptions, creating and successfully launching policies and procedures, benefit plan design and execution, providing on and off-boarding assistance, HRIS implementation, employee relations, and providing on-going guidance and support to management and employees.
Prior to joining Argy, Katy has had strong roots in providing HR support to small and mid-sized organizations both in the telecommunications and real estate industries. Katy holds a BS in Psychology from Virginia Tech

Elina Yakubov supports the consulting team by bringing her experience in strategic advisory support in recruitment, performance management, training and extensive support in HR policies and procedures. Whether you are looking for training, general consulting, facilitation of planning or problem solving processes, she can provide the guidance and support you require.
Elina’s current focus includes Recruiting strategies and support and Training and Professional Development support. She holds a BS in International Business from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.

As a Recruitment Manager Nini manages all recruiting and practice development activity at Argy while maintaining a network of colleagues, acquaintances and business contacts that allows her to bring into the firm the best talent in the industry. When she is not at the client site consulting Argy's clients on compensation studies and projections, you could see Nini on college campuses recruiting future grads or presenting on resume writing.
Nini holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Maryland.
